Hi, and welcome to the Evil Genius Blog Year #2. If you’re new here, I’m Rose B Fischer. I blog about art, mainly as it relates to mental health and personal development. I share a lot of artwork and free to use graphics here as well.
Sometimes, I write essays about living with multiple disabilities, being an abuse survivor, being a fat woman in a world built for skinny people, and Disney Princesses.
I have a lot that I want to include on the blog in 2018, so I’ve reorganized the scheduling a little bit.
Here’s how the blog is going to work this year:
Monthly Scrapbooking Freebies (Blog Trains)
- The first of every month, I’ll have a scrapbook mini kit or a set of papers for the Pixel Scrapper community blog train.
- The 15th of every month, I’ll have a scrapbook mini kit or set of papers for the My Memories community blog train.
Regular Blog Features
Weekly Freebie Roundup — most Mondays, I will share links to actively available downloads for creative designers and businesspeople. These come from major websites like Creative Market as well as smaller sites that I come across during the previous week.
Tuesday Texture — most Tuesdays, I’ll share a free to use texture resource from my Flickr account. If you just want to browse all of the textures, you can head over to Flickr and follow me there.
Let’s Write a Novel — Every other Wednesday, I’ll share writing tips and things I’m learning from the process of writing my current novel. You’ll also be able to find a weekly excerpt in my Google docs folder.
Art Share — most Thursdays, I’ll share a graphic or design that time working on, along with what I’ve learned from it or any thoughts that might help you in your personal development journey.
Freebie Friday — Most Fridays, I’ll share a name freebie for business owners and entrepreneurs. These are usually some of my social media templates, and you can find all of the ones I’ve released in the past here at this link.
Feminist Friday— I got my start on WordPress by blogging about a combination of women’s rights and disability issues. Feminist Friday has been a staple here since I started, so I’ll be continuing that, once or twice a month.
Don’t forget to check out the design and graphic freebies available in my new members area. Just click the free membership level and add your email address to get all the new additions first!
