I’ve moved my premade book covers to a shop all of their own. I’ll still be sharing WIP covers and showing off new ones here on the blog, but I wanted to make it easier for authors to buy and simpler for me to organize. So from now on, if you’re looking for my covers, head over here:
Before my parents got me, I didn’t do so good in school. I thought I was a bad kid, because that’s what all the teachers said. Some kids said I was dumb. Teachers prolly thought it too. I don’t like to sit still so long like they do in school. I can’t think straight that way, and it’s hard for me to remember. Sometimes I would be out of school for a long time because we moved but then I would have to go. So I didn’t know things that the other kids knew. It was hard to catch up.
Now, my dads teach me at home. I learn my math and science good from Caleb, and I know how to measure and build things. I help Ryan keep the books, and I know all of Mike’s clients and jobs. I guess I still don’t do so good with reading, but I’m trying.
Mike helps me with my blog posts, and every night I read with Ryan. Sometimes it makes me mad that I can’t read better by myself, but I’m glad that I’m not dumb. I like to read with my dad because he helps me with the hard parts and he lets me to pick the stories.
Now people say all the time I talk like I’m older than my age. I don’t like it when people think I’m dumb. Just because a kid doesn’t read that good it doesn’t mean he’s not smart. I didn’t know how smart I was until I lived with my fathers and they listened to what I said.
Kids get frustrated a lot, so they have to learn ways to handle it. It’s harder if people make them feel stupid. If you know a kid who has trouble reading, just think how frustrated they feel already. Don’t make it worse by saying mean things about them. Pay attention to what they say and ask questions.
Every Sunday or Monday, I post my goals for the week. I like to make goals. Wednesdays, I’ll tell fun things about monsters and magic. They may not work for other universes. Some of them go along with Worldbuilding Wednesdays.
Other days I’ll try to answer some questions from the different books. I have more than one so I don’t get stuck answering stupid things. If I find free ones I like on the internet, I’ll answer those too.
